Mama Yoga is a warm and inviting studio space centrally located in White Rock / South Surrey, British Columbia.

Mama Yoga was created to bring together women, mothers and their families in celebration of Motherhood. At Mama Yoga, we believe in the healing power of patience, compassion and nurturing.

It is our intention to support women and their families as they dive deeper into their individual and shared journeys.
